Silver Oak unveiled its inaugural Sauvignon Blanc, the first new varietal released by the Cabernet-focused producer since its founding in 1972. The launch signals a significant evolution for the brand as it expands beyond Cabernet Sauvignon for the very first time.

Sourced from estate vineyards across Napa and Sonoma Counties, the 2025 Sauvignon Blanc combines Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Gris and Sémillon, offering layered notes of pineapple, lychee, citrus blossom, lemongrass and white peach lifted by vibrant acidity and minerality. The wine was crafted using a mix of French oak, stainless steel and concrete vessels, bringing both freshness and texture to the final blend.

More than a line extension, the release reflects Silver Oak’s broader vision to engage new drinking occasions and evolving consumer preferences, while preserving the precision and craftsmanship that built the winery’s reputation over the last five decades.
