Splash Beverage Group, Inc. (NYSE American: SBEV) began an underwritten public offering through EF Hutton, division of Benchmark Investments, LLC.  Hutton is acting as the sole book-running manager for the offering.  The number of shares and the price at which they are being offered was not known when we went to press.  

Proceeds will be used to support additional distribution and retail authorizations gained recently, the company said.
