Stoli Group appointed Chris Caldwell as its new global CEO.  Prior to the appointment, Caldwell had served as Stoli Group CFO.

Stoli also named Artem Pozdnyakov, who has been Stoli  Group's global financial controller, was named chief financial officer, and Mark Federighi as President North America.

Before joining Stoli Group, Caldwell held various leadership roles in private equity, PLC, co-operative & consulting businesses across the globe. Prior to joining Stoli he drove the turn-around of the PE backed Enotria & Coe, a prominent UK beverage business, from loss-making to profitability and refinanced the business.  

Pozdnyakov joined Stoli Group in 2022 from DTEK Renewables International where he served as CFO, as well as board member of several Dutch holding companies.

Federighi, the new North America president, joins Stoli Group from O'Neill Vintners & Distillers, the 10th largest U.S. winery where he was chief sales officer.  In hos sevem uears at O'Neill, Federighi grew revenue more than 10 fold.
