Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti sued five California liquor retailers and one Floridian, saying they all illegally shipped distilled spirits into Tennessee.

In a complaint filed in Federal district court, Tennessee said Bottle Buzz shipped a bottle of Evan Williams into the state, in violation of the Tennessee Consumer Protection Act.  The same allegations were made against  Cask Cartel Distilleries & Distribution, Prime Time Liquor, Wooden Cork, Liquor Bros, My Bev Store.

The lawsuit requests temporary and permanent injunctions against each defendant.
