Everything about this N.J. winery, from the name to the awards, says top of the line
Heritage Vineyards, a South Jersey producer, was doing quite well. So well that a wine writer from Robert Parker's Wine Advocate told them they were likely one vintage away from receiving the first 90 -point rating ever for a New Jersey winery. Then they learned the Heritage name had been trademarked by one of the nation's largest producers on the West Coast. So they rebranded to William Heritage Winery, just in time to receive the 90-point rating. They've been riding high ever since. (York Patriot-News)
