Rob Sands will retire from his role as chair of Constellation Brands' board of directors and will not stand for reeletion as board chair after the annual meeting on July 18, the company said.   He will continue to serve on the company's board.

Duckhorn Portfolio promoted Joe Czarny to be winemaker in Washington State.  He succeeds Brian Rudin who is leaving Canvasback to join Doug Frost's Echolands Winery.
