Kenefick Ranch Hires Angelina Mondavi as Winemaker

Kenefick Ranch, a family-owned and operated wine brand and estate vineyard in Napa Valley, hires Angelina Mondavi as winemaker. A fourth-generation co-proprietor of Charles Krug - Napa Valley's oldest winery, founded in 1861 - she grew up immersed in vineyard life: riding the harvesters at dawn, working in the cellar during crush, and sitting beside her grandfather, Peter Mondavi Sr., as he blended wines at the family table. 

Her winemaking career spans more than 40 harvests across three continents - Napa Valley, Australia, and Argentina, Mondavi has served as Charles Krug's Consulting Winemaker since 2022, guiding the estate's Family Reserve and limited production projects with a refined, site driven sensibility. She assumed full leadership as Consulting Winemaker in September 2025, becoming the first woman in her family to steward the historic estate's winemaking legacy.
