J. Pedroncelli Winery Inc. promotes Hipolito ‘Polo’ Cano to Assistant Winemaker and Umberto ‘Beto’ Cortes to Cellar Master and Barrel Master.  In addition, Marcus Cano was named Digital Marketing Associate, and Elizabeth ‘Lizzy’ Boardman transitioned to Tasting Room Lead.  Both are new position.  Marcus Cano is the son of Hipolito; he previousky worked at Jordan Winery, Paszza Hospitality and freelanced doing marketing and media work.

Brown-Forman Corp. names Mark Clouse and Elizabeth Smith to its board of directors.  Clouse is President/CEO,  Campbell Soup Co.  Smith is the former Chief Executive Officer of Bloomin’ Brands and serves on serve other boards.

KLG PR is now representing Filthy Premium Mixers & Garnishes.  

Steven Schmidt, senior vp-policy and communications, National Alcohol Beverage Control Association, announced he will retire Dec. 2.  He has overseen the association's public policy and communications/membership teams since 2006.
