Gil Family Estates hires Philip Tardy as U.S. executive vp-sales & marketing. He joins from the House of Smith when he was senior vp, responsible managing sales in the U.S. and 37 countries.

Tim Norris joins Fine Wine Partners as chief executive officer.  He joins the luxury wine importer and sales agency from Moet Hennessy USA, where he most recently was managing director and senior vp, estates and wines. He had been with Moet Hennessy USA for 23 years.
