Breakthru Beverage Group hires Earl Farkas as special counsel, advising on franchise and regulatory matters and negotiation and drafting of supplier agreements. He will also support Breakthru’s merger and acquisition efforts, as well as represent Breakthru in certain wholesale association matters.  He joins from the Chicago-based firm Gozdecki, Del Giudice, Americus, Farkas & Brocato LLP where he was a senior partner since 2008.

Mahesh Madhavan, CEO of Bacardi Ltd., has joined the board of Capri Holdings Ltd., a global fashion luxury group.
