Wolf Spirit Launches 3-Cask Bourbon/Irish Whiskey Blend

Oregon’s Wolf Spirit launches a new Three-Cask Bourbon/Irish Whiskey blend – Puncher’s Chance The Unified Belt. 

Puncher’s Chance The Unified Belt is a four-year-old high-rye base Kentucky Straight Bourbon blended with a four-year-old Irish Whiskey aged in former Bourbon barrels in Ireland. To add further complexity and depth, a 14-year-old Bourbon finished in first-fill Pedro Ximenez and Olorosso Sherry casks for up to 15 months was added, making this a three-cask blend.

The barrels were sourced by IJW Whiskey Co. of Louisville, Ky. , and the whiskey was crafted by IJW Master Blender Steven Hughes. The Unified Belt is bottled at 96 proof and retails at $149.99 for a 750 ml. Available nationwide and online.
