Josh Cellars, established in California's Central Coast in 2007, has expanded its operations to Italy, where it operates a small winemaking facility in the Valle B’Adene region. Unlike traditional wines, this sparkling option does not undergo fermentation, resulting in a product that is alcohol-free from the start.
The wine never goes through fermentation, so there's never alcohol in it to begin with.
