New! Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask Bourbon Whiskey

B.R. Distilling launched a limited release Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask bourbon whiskey.

How It's Made: The new expression is aged in American Oak and finished in sustainably harvested wild-cherry wood casks from the Jura region of eastern France. Memphis heat and humidity draw rich character from the wood, layering vibrant cherry, warm spice, gentle sweetness and subtle toasted notes into every sip, culminating in an unmistakably unique finish that lingers. The new release was bottled at cask strength (120 proof or 60% ABV), unfiltered.
