Stephen Von Oehsen, Senior VP, Office of Strategic Management (OSM) at Southern Glazer's Wine & Spirits, will be moving from his current day-to-day responsibilities to be Senior Strategic Advisor to Wayne E. Chaplin, President/CEO ; David Chaplin, Executive vp/Chief Growth and Strategy Officer; and Lee F. Hager, President, Internal Operations, Office of the President. In this role, Von Oehsen will support the senior leaders mentioned above with strategic growth initiatives, while sharing and embedding strategic talent development disciplines.
