Quality Brands, a major Anheuser-Busch distributor headquarters in Omaha, said it closed on its previously announced acquisition of four states from Republic National Distributing Co. The company said Dave Young accepted the role of President of Quality Brands Wine & Spirits, where he will lead the division through future growth initiatives across the Plains States.
