I'm sure you know that already. It said he exceeded his authority. But it's not a complete win; it didn';t address the question of refunds, sending that back to the lower courts. Meanwhile, as you know, the White House has said they have a whole range of other authorities to keep playing the tariff game.

This story will lead the Weekly, which will be out as soon as possible. But it will be a while. I am reading the decision before writing, I hope to give you both the most accurate coverage but also the most bev/al-soecific coverage available.
